I play a key role in keeping Northpoint's feed consistent, engaging, and reflective of everything happening under one roof. Beyond day-to-day social management, I also assist with their monthly marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations, helping drive foot traffic and position Northpoint as more than just a shopping destination, but a place people genuinely want to be.

The goal was to drive foot traffic and create a buzz around the winter menus from the restaurants inside the tower, while showcasing other amenities Northpoint has to offer.

We collaborated with local influencers who dined at Northpoint's restaurants and visited its retailers.

My role behind the scenes covered reaching out to influencers, managing ongoing communications, keeping the tracking sheet up to date, and helping review all submitted materials to make sure everything was on-brand and ready to go.
